Marriott Homes & Villas is a retainer client leveraging our creative services and email design system. Using a mix of standard and custom modules, we deliver high-performing emails monthly—guided by click data, A/B testing, best practices, strategy, and brand style. HVMB sends 12–15 emails per month across segmented audiences in the US, Canada, EMEA, and APEC, along with ad hoc, transactional, pre-arrival, and new listing emails.
For its third anniversary, HVMB aimed to boost its presence in the home rental market with its biggest sale yet. We launched a 3-touch email campaign using first- and third-party data to target and reengage audiences across 63 countries. With strategic audience selection and send-time optimization, the campaign drove a 40% year-over-year increase in bookings—HVMB’s highest ever in a single month—and a 70% spike in site traffic, resulting in significant revenue growth. The campaign went on to win a Gold Horizon Interactive Award in the Promotion Email category and Best Email Campaign in the Travel/Tourism category of the EIS Awards.
Designed to spotlight newly added homes, this campaign delivered a fresh, inspiring message that resonated with travelers—driving a 15% increase in bookings. With eye-catching visuals and a focus on discovery, it successfully sparked interest and encouraged exploration across the site.
This campaign drove 1,481 bookings and $4.1M in revenue, with a 25% lift in incremental bookings and 28% in revenue. Most stays were 3–6 nights at $2,338+ ABV. Return bookers rose 9% YoY, and Silver Elite Member engagement notably increased.
As the final campaign of the year, this end-of-year push delivered standout results—achieving the highest open rate and best bookings of the year. With increased sales and strong engagement, it closed out the year on a high note, showcasing the power of strategic timing, compelling creative, and a well-executed message.
